TUCO, The University Caterers Organisation, held their 16th annual competition and training event on the 30th March attracting teams of hopefuls from all around the country.
The Chef's Challenge gives university catering teams a chance to show off their talents and amaze judges. With the grand prize of a gold medal amongst other items Jerry recalls a tense atmosphere as teams battled it out.
Judging the TUCO chef challenge category was all in a day's work for Jerry, who applied his expertise, experience and knowledge to help choose a winner of the event.
Jerry's participation at TUCO symbolises Sundial Group's drive to form relationships with other organisations.
