Bergendal is a place of contrasts with a beautiful manor house from the turn of the century and a later building decorated in modern 70s style. Here you can choose the setting that suits your meeting. How many bedrooms and meeting rooms do you have?

We have 12 conference rooms and 15 breakout rooms; the largest will seat up to 160 people. Bedrooms - we have 79 single and 34 twin. Our Restaurant will seat up to 250 people.

And as for facilities/technology?

What characterizes all the rooms at Bergendal is the comfortable conference furniture, flexible rooms, generous light openings and generous spaces. There is broadband and wireless internet connections in all rooms. There is also DVD with video and a MP3 player. You also have free access to a conference technician during weekdays.

What is your food offering?

At Bergendal you will find classical cooking in new and exciting versions created with great enthusiasm and joy. Our chefs' work is permeated with a great respect for the raw ingredients, a high level of motivation and quality consciousness where Swedish ingredients are the centre of attention. Knowledge, feeling and quality steer our chefs' workday. We can offer you a three-course conference menu, a special Calvados menu, a Nobel menu or a fine dining menu of your choice.

In what currency can our clients work with you?

Swedish Krone - SEK. Unfortunately we cannot give our rates in another currency because of the SEK is floating and does not follow any other currency

What is your venue like in terms of access for delegates?

We are perfectly located only 20 minutes from both Stockholm and Arlanda airports, so access is straightforward. The distance to Stockholm city is 25 km and it takes 20 minutes to get to the city centre by car or bus. You can also go to the city centre by boat. The boat trip takes about one hour.

What can you offer SOS Clients Exclusively?

I can offer your clients a 10% discount on our regular prices for All Inclusive and the Full Board packages.

The All Inclusive package includes accommodation with breakfast; tea and coffee with a sandwich when you arrive; lunch buffet including a salad bar, tea or coffee with a biscuit in the afternoon; an aperitif before dinner; a three course meal together with wine, beer and a bar voucher.

The full board includes accommodation with breakfast; tea and coffee with a sandwich when you arrive; lunch buffet including a salad bar, tea or coffee with a biscuit in the afternoon and a three course meal.

After the SOS Discount has been applied, ‘All Inclusive' costs 2430 SEK per person and ‘Full Board' 2174 SEK (excl. VAT) until the end of March. From April onwards this will be 2493 SEK and 2232 SEK.
