Our excellent team are on hand to support you and your event from start to end, and you can rest assured that you'll receive the same level of service at The Hatton, that you would receive in any of our award winning venues. We're holders of various awards and accreditations including the Investors in People, Institute of IT Training, and numerous environmental awards.

As well as being fantastic, The Hatton also looks fantastic - our chic modern interior is complemented by our collection of Contemporary Modern Art, providing an inspiring place in which to relax during your day at The Hatton.

 


What makes your property ideal for meetings?

The HattonThe Hatton - as with all our venues, is completely "Fit for purpose". Our rooms are designed with meetings in mind and are flooded with natural daylight to keep you alert and stimulated. We've even give a huge amount of thought to the type of chair we use - an ergonomic 8 hour chair - ensuring that nothing distracts you from the day's agenda.

The onsite team are fully trained to help with any issues you may have, whether it's extra flip charts or a complicated AV problem, and are there just for you. We only run meeting and training events so there are no leisure guests to distract them from supporting our clients, giving you 100% of their attention.


How many bedrooms and meeting rooms do you have?

We have 24 training and meeting rooms, a number of which can be tailored to hold up to 150 delegates thanks to our moveable walls. The venue also has various breakout areas and 2 stunning restaurants, ensuring that we can cater for everyone in an efficient and timely manner. We don't have any bedrooms as we prefer to focus all our attention on our area of expertise - meetings and training! However, we do have special deals available with local accommodation suppliers just check our website for more details.


And as for facilities/technology?

Where do we start? As The Hatton is "fit for purpose" we've been able to cram in everything you would need for a successful meeting. Ceiling mounted projectors ensure that there's no annoying wires or wasted space, plasma screens are the latest spec and there's free wireless internet access throughout the building. With a range of equipment included in your day delegate rate, there's no need to worry about expensive additional items and our onsite team will make sure you're plugged in properly!

Having earned our IT Training Accreditation from the IIT, we're confident that we've got the IT solution for your needs.

 


What is your food offering?

Coffee MachineFor meal times there's always a vegetarian, meat and fish option, as well as a fantastic salad bar, desserts AND cheese and biscuits. You can help yourself to as little or as much as you like - we like you to feel as comfortable as if you were in your own home. All our ingredients are sourced locally and we use only food in season and food miles as part of our CSR policy - we have a full "food facts" available for you on our website if you'd like more information.

Time is precious when your trying to get the most out of a day, so we've scrapped pre determined break times in favour of endless tea and coffee available all day every day whenever you need to hit the boost button. Our fantastic cappuccino machines offer a first class coffee, but we also have caffeine free kicks on offer as well. If you want a treat then there are biscuits and cakes or alternatively fresh fruit.

What is your venue like in terms of access for delegates?

EntranceThe Hatton is based in the centre of London - a stone's throw away from Chancery Lane Tube Station, making it easily accessible by public transport from all of the South's major Airports. Heathrow and Gatwick Express trains both come into the centre of London, a mere 20 minute connection away from The Hatton.
