


This activity is delivered by Sundial Group
Teams are allocated a workstation which is equipped with chopping boards, a toaster, knives, mixing bowls and a selection of ingredients. Their challenge is to devise, design and deliver a selection of canapés within sixty minutes. At the end of the hour, the canapés are assessed by a Sundial Chef, who will mark the teams' efforts based on standard judging criteria. Working methods (including hygiene, health and safety) are continuously monitored by the person running the exercise.
Once the results have been announced and an optional debrief completed, participants can enjoy the fruits of their labours alongside a glass of champagne, making this the ideal way to end a working day and begin an enjoyable evening.
