


This activity is delivered by Sundial Group
Teams are allocated a workstation which is equipped with chopping boards, a blender, knives, mixing bowls and a selection of ingredients. Their challenge is to design and plan a themed, four-course dinner menu and then devise and create a cocktail to complement that menu. This activity emphasises planning, presentation and creativity.
At the end of the activity, their menus are presented to a Sundial chef and those concepts, with their accompanying cocktails, are assessed. Working methods (including hygiene, health and safety) are continuously monitored by the person running the exercise.
Tasting as cocktails evolve is encouraged, although excessive sampling will be penalised! Each team must produce a sufficient quantity of their cocktail to allow assessment and enjoyment upon completion of the activity!
(Maximum participant numbers will vary by venue and meeting room selected. Groups are divided into teams which can have up to eight participants each)
