Teamcakes

Groups are divided into pairs or threes at individual workstations where their challenge is to decorate a sponge cake as creatively as they can in 45 minutes. A Sundial Chef will start the ball rolling by presenting their perfectly decorated cake, and teams then use this to gain inspiration for what they will produce. The finished products are marked for presentation, suitability of combinations and how they maintain their working environment.

Did we mention that the only team member allowed to touch the cake and the ingredients will actually be blindfolded?
