Cascade
This exercise includes two separated working areas; the top paved area and the gravel area at the bottom of the exercise. The team can travel between the two areas using the tarmac road. The team is divided into two groups. Each group is allocated a working area and their own resources. The two groups must work together to turn taps on and off to regulate the water, to then channel the water down the four see-saw channels and then to funnel water at the bottom working area. The team completes the exercise when the water activates the gong Addresses: Team working, co-operation, collaboration, analytical problem solving and communication.
