Strategic Support

If you are still looking for strategic support with your events, but don't consider it necessary to enter into a no-cost consultancy arrangement with us, we still offer some strategic input as part of our UK and International venue finding services.  This may be because you only tend to plan events on an ad-hoc or short-term basis, or perhaps because you just require a little bit of help with a particular meeting you have in the pipeline.

As part of our venue finding service, we will still be able to advise you on which types of venues best meet your objectives and we will share our experience of those properties based on previous clients' events or our own inspections.  We will offer to accompany you on your own site inspections as you assess your options and provide advice on what to look out for when you visit a venue.

During your event we will offer to visit you on-site to ensure everything is running smoothly and to provide continuity throughout.  After it has completed, we will seek your feedback and manage communications between you and the venue should any need for discussion arise.
